Pedro Santos Cardozo grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he thrived in athletics, playing soccer and basketball. Pedro’s work career started at the very young age of 12, working at an antique shop which was also a front for U-Haul rentals. This provided Pedro the Opportunity to master customer service skill, sales skill (at times dealing and negotiating transactions in the tens of thousands) along with learning how to deal with the general public and how to quickly problem solve.
At the age of 17 Pedro became involved in the restaurant industry, where he was able to make a financial impact for his family that moved to the United States from Brazil in 1997. Pedro excelled in languages, quickly becoming fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, giving him the competitive edge becoming a trainer and a leader in the industry.
Pedro quickly climbed the ladder, demonstrating exceptional relationship building skills and hospitality excellence. Eventually becoming a restaurant owner. Pedro is extremely proud to have lived, built relationships and conducted business in multiple states, including Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and now Alabama. Through his extensive work experience Pedro was able to build a strong business foundation while overseeing multimillion dollar enterprises, creating and building successful long term cultures and employing hundreds of people. Pedro always focused and took great pride in providing investors with positive year over year growth and achieving targeted growth goals.
Pedro is married to his lovely bride Maria Campagna, she is the light of his life and his best friend. They enjoy spending lots of time together. Pedro and Maria take full advantage of the beauty the Gulf Coast has to offer. When they are not at the beach soaking up the sun, you will find them playing outdoors at some capacity, many times either at a pickleball court or riding bikes at the State Park, they love being active. They are also very passionate about their church in Orange Beach (The Island Church) and love traveling to visit family in many states including Texas, Florida, Illinois, Milwaukee, Ohio and Utah.
